All activities that occur under your account are your responsibility.

4. Property Listings

All property listings are provided by third-party sellers, agents, and builders. RE Platform does not own, develop, or sell any listed properties.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing information.

Prices, availability, and specifications are subject to change without notice and must be verified directly with the seller or agent.

Photographs and renderings shown may be illustrative. Actual properties may differ.
5. Enquiries & Bookings

Submitting an enquiry or booking a site visit does not constitute a reservation or legal commitment to purchase.

All transactions are between the buyer and the seller/agent/builder. RE Platform is not a party to any property transaction.

Any booking amounts or token money paid directly to agents or builders are governed by separate agreements between those parties.
6. Intellectual Property

All content on RE Platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of RE Platform or its content suppliers.

Content is protected by applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

You may print or download content solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
7. User-Generated Content

By submitting reviews, comments, or other content, you grant RE Platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display such content.

You represent that your content does not infringe any third-party rights and is not defamatory, obscene, or unlawful.

We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content without notice.
8. Limitation of Liability

RE Platform provides the platform "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability to you for any cause shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the preceding six months.

We are not responsible for the conduct of any agent, builder, or seller listed on the platform.

The platform may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. RE Platform has no control over such sites and accepts no responsibility for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Visiting linked sites is at your own risk.
10. Privacy
Your use of RE Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.
11. Termination
RE Platform reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise inappropriate. Termination does not limit any other rights or remedies available to RE Platform.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka.
